HOW WE WORK
Aim
To provide our products to retailers, online sellers, interior designers, hotel chains, wedding planners, and others who need textiles either for use in their own business or to sell further.
We operate on minimum quantities to make our production and costing effective.
Products:
- The products available on the website can be added to the cart. Once these are added to the cart with the quantity and submitted to us, our team will respond within 24 hours with a quotation to give the interested buyer an idea about the prices based on the quantity and location. Any further discussions are all handled henceforth via email or over call/WhatsApp by our team.
- If the interested buyer wishes to have any customisation, the same can be shared by sending an email to contact@maashra.com. Our team will get back within 3 working days after discussing the customisation request internally. We offer customisation of design, colour, fabric, and even adding brand logo/initials, etc.
- We also manufacture products based on the designs you may have developed for your business. An email regarding the same can be sent to contact@maashra.com, and we can discuss further how to bring your designs to life.
Sample Approval & Production
After finalising the product selection and customisations, we provide samples for your review and approval at a small cost. This is a crucial step to ensure that the quality, design, and specifications meet your expectations before proceeding with large-scale production.
Delivery Timeline
Our delivery timeline will be shared based on the product, quantity, and location of delivery. The same will be shared via email along with the quotation.
Payment Terms
After the sample has been approved and the order is finalised, we operate on a 30% advance. Our production will start on receiving the 30% advance. Our team will share images once the final production is done. The products will be delivered on the payment of the remaining 70%.

The idea for Maashra stems from our understanding of the gap in the market for curated designs in the B2B segment. We wish to cater to a diverse range of buyers. We are already working with retailers and boutique textile brands across the globe. We wish to even tap into the wedding market where small-quantity curated textiles are needed and other areas such as hotels and online sellers.
